I bring a wealth of experience to each client and family. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Family Wellness Counselor, and Master Wilderness Field Guide in Wilderness Therapy with over fifteen years of experience in therapeutic treatment settings, I work passionately to support individuals and families on their path of healing and personal growth.
As a Therapist and Trainer, I offer the teachings and skills I have gathered throughout my extensive career in various treatment settings. I support families in finding the balance within relationships, responsibilities, and a settled home environment through collaboration. This includes developing individualized plans and supporting structures that honor the individual client and/or the needs of each family member.
I bring a unique perspective and believe that every individual inherently holds many strengths as well as the ability to unblock barriers that can hold one back from living the experience of health and wholeness. I seek to support a journey of healing through a collaborative relationship with individuals and families. A therapeutic relationship that includes trust, understanding and acceptance are the foundation of my approach as a Therapist and Coach.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Portland State University. As a Therapist and Coach, my past trainings and offerings have included a focus on: trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, family systems, diverse populations, sexuality, communication, relationships, development, the mind-body connection, and the impacts of nutrition, sleep, and exercise.
